Your role will include:
Managing and leading the application development domain in the IT Department
The role includes:
- Team management and Hands-On work
- Supporting multiple systems that manage significant cross-organizational processes
- Advancing and leading the domain from a technological perspective
Skills and abilities:
- At least 5 years of experience managing a development team.
- Proven management ability (including leading change initiatives, complex upgrades, etc.).
- At least 5 years of development experience, including development experience with Oracle tools - required.
- At least 5 years of development experience in enterprise systems (in Enterprise organizations).
- Experience in Web development (developments open to the outside world with interfaces to enterprise systems, meeting information security requirements).
- Experience in DevOps.
