Your role will include:
Managing and leading the application development domain within the Information Technology Division, including:
- Managing the domain's employees (developers, systems analysts, technology personnel, UX professionals, and Front-End developers).
- Instilling structured and up-to-date development methodologies.
- Examining, implementing, and embedding additional technological capabilities within the domain in order to enrich the toolbox available for Tailor-Made systems development.
- Characterizing, analyzing, and developing Tailor-Made systems for the institute's needs using Oracle tools.
- Managing the maintenance of all systems developed to date using these technologies, including performing changes and improvements to existing systems.
- Advancing the domain technologically.
Skills and abilities:
- At least 5 years of experience managing a development team.
- At least 5 years of hands-on development experience – mandatory.
- Development experience with Oracle – significant advantage.
- Proven management capabilities (including leading change initiatives, complex upgrades, and more).
- At least 5 years of development experience in enterprise systems.
- Experience in Web development (solutions open to the outside world, with interfaces to enterprise systems, meeting information security requirements).
Experience with DevOps. - Systemic thinking, initiative, service orientation, and the ability to self-learn.
