Your role will include:
Assistance in establishing a new laboratory and supporting its ongoing operations, in close collaboration with the Principal Investigator and research team.
The laboratory focuses on the study of transcription processes in plants.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the daily operation of the laboratory and implementation of work procedures
- Ordering scientific equipment and supplies , tracking shipments, and approving invoices
- Managing, updating, and monitoring laboratory equipment and supply inventory
- Maintaining, organizing, and updating laboratory knowledge bases and protocols
- Guiding and training students in laboratory procedures and molecular methods

Assisting with additional tasks , such as preparing solutions and carrying out laboratory protocols
Skills and abilities:
- M.Sc. in Biology –Mandatory
- Experience in molecular biology methods(At least for 3 years) – Mandatory
- Experience working with plants / knowledge in plant biology – Advantage
- Full proficiency in Office applications and computerized work environments
- High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
