Your role will include:
Support for the CEO
- Calendar management
- Coordinating meetings, logistics, and preparing meeting materials
- Handling correspondence; drafting documents, presentations, and executive summaries
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing timelines and ensuring progress on projects led by the CEO
Information Management & Analysis
- Gathering information from internal and external sources: databases, professional publications, research, competitors, and market trends
- Conducting market reviews and periodic research reports
- Analyzing data and producing strategic insights for the leadership team
- Maintaining digital databases and archives in accordance with organizational procedures
- Monitoring regulations, trends, and relevant changes in the company’s areas of activity
Skills and abilities:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or other relevant fields – required
- Master’s degree – an advantage
Experience
- 2–4 years as an Executive Assistant / Senior Administrative Assistant – significant advantage
- Experience in information work, data analysis, or market research
Skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities; excellent writing and editing skills
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and information search tools
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- High level of discretion, responsibility, and interpersonal skills
- High-level English – reading and writing
