Your role will include:

Support for the CEO

  • Calendar management
  • Coordinating meetings, logistics, and preparing meeting materials
  • Handling correspondence; drafting documents, presentations, and executive summaries
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing timelines and ensuring progress on projects led by the CEO

Information Management & Analysis

  • Gathering information from internal and external sources: databases, professional publications, research, competitors, and market trends
  • Conducting market reviews and periodic research reports
  • Analyzing data and producing strategic insights for the leadership team
  • Maintaining digital databases and archives in accordance with organizational procedures
  • Monitoring regulations, trends, and relevant changes in the company’s areas of activity

Skills and abilities:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or other relevant fields – required
  • Master’s degree – an advantage

Experience

  • 2–4 years as an Executive Assistant / Senior Administrative Assistant – significant advantage
  • Experience in information work, data analysis, or market research

Skills

  • Strong research and analytical abilities; excellent writing and editing skills
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and information search tools
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • High level of discretion, responsibility, and interpersonal skills
  • High-level English – reading and writing
