Your role will include:

The position involves partnering in the planning and execution of the institute’s events and employee welfare and experience activities, from the idea stage through to hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and producing events in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including creative management and concept development.
  • On-site management and hands-on operation of events.
  • Mapping, selecting, and managing vendors, including negotiations, reviewing quotations, managing contracts, and monitoring compliance with agreements and purchase orders.
  • Working with multiple interfaces within the institute and with external partners.
  • Supporting the ongoing operation of employee welfare activities, including event registration, holiday gift distribution, and providing service and support to employees.
  • Event budget planning and management.

 

Skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree – mandatory.
  • At least two years of recent experience in event production, either with an event production company or in event production within a large organization or corporation.
  • Experience working with vendors and managing negotiations.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High organizational skills, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard working hours, as required.
