Training and Visitor Coordination Manager – Weizmann House
Your role will include:
We are seeking a proactive, professional Training and Visitor Coordination Manager with strong organizational skills and a passion for education, heritage, and culture. Position Overview:
• Develop, plan, and lead the training program of Weizmann House
• Create training materials and professional development programs for guides and diverse target audiences
• Manage, supervise, and mentor the guiding staff
• Ensure training quality, including monitoring and evaluation
• Coordinate visits for groups, educational institutions, and various stakeholders
• Manage and operate the visitor scheduling system (coordination, guide assignments, timetables)
• Work closely with internal and external partners
• Develop activities, tours, and educational programs
Skills and abilities:
• Proven experience in training management or coordination – required
• Experience in visit coordination, calendar management, or scheduling systems – strong advantage
• Experience in leading teams – advantage
• Relevant academic background (Education, Humanities, Heritage, Culture, etc.) – advantage
• High level of English
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and comfortable working with the public
• Affinity for heritage, history, and education
