EU Grants Office Coordinator
Your role will include:
Promotion and management of European Union (EU) R&D research grant application and grant management processes, including but not limited to:
• Monitoring calls for proposals and distributing information to scientists
• Responsibility for the submission processes of research proposals
• Management of various administrative processes of approved proposals
• Providing guidance and support for scientists and administrative staff on
proposal submission and project management issues, including understanding
the rules and requirements of the funding agency
• Working with multiple interfaces both within Israel and Internationally.
Skills and abilities:
• A Bachelor’s degree . A Master’s degree is an advantage
• High proficiency in spoken and written English and professional working
proficiency in Hebrew
• Knowledge and experience working with relevant computer programs
(Word, Excel, Outlook and video conferencing platforms)
• Proficiency in computerized systems and technological orientation
• Organization and time management abilities, precision and thoroughness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the field of research grants and/or familiarity with the EU research
funding framework is an advantage
• High service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to work beyond conventional working hours, when necessary
