(part time)Administrative Assistant of Cultural Affairs
Your role will include:
Administrative responsibilities include, among others:
• Managing the Manager schedule and assisting with coordination of meetings with institute staff and external stakeholders
• Budget management
• Coordination with various units: the “Tarbut Basela” team , the Graphics Department, Human Resources Division, Student Council, Conferences Unit, etc.
• Managing the department’s outgoing communications with the institute community (email announcements, posters, media notices, etc.)
• Preparing periodic reports on the department’s activities (collecting reports from various units and organizing the information into a structured report)
Part-time position (50%) with the possibility of increasing the scope of the role in the future.
Skills and abilities:
• Academic degree – required
• 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role and budget management – required
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Affinity with the fields of culture and the arts – an advantage
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
