Your role will include:
The Communications and Spokesperson’s Office at the Weizmann Institute of Science is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support ongoing tasks in the areas of photography and visual assets. This is a temporary position for six months and includes, among other responsibilities:
- Coordinating and supporting still photography shoots
- Assisting and accompanying communications teams across campus
- Searching for images within the department’s archive and across other departments, as needed
- Providing images in response to requests from media outlets and internal stakeholders
- Assisting in the preparation of press report materials
- Maintaining and organizing the department’s visual assets
Skills and abilities:
- At least one year of experience in an administrative/office role, including use of Outlook
- Experience in communications, production, or photography – an advantage
- Familiarity with Acrobat and Photoshop – an advantage
- Good command of Hebrew and English
- Strong learning ability
- Initiative and a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a full-time position
- Willingness to take on a temporary role (6 months)
