Research Assistant in the Department of Life Sciences Research Infrastructure
Your role will include:
• Laboratory Technician in the Protein Analysis Service Unit.
• Operation, consultation, and training on the unit’s instruments (Biacore, MST, ITC, DSC, Nanosight, DSF).
• Ongoing maintenance of the unit and its instruments.
• Data processing report preparation.
Skills and abilities:
• PhD in Life Sciences or Chemistry, or an MSc with at least seven years of relevant experience.
• Must have laboratory work experience.
• Must have experience working with proteins and biomolecules.
• Experience in biochemistry and enzymology.
• Technical aptitude for working with complex and sensitive instruments.
• High level of service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Responsibility, organizational ability, and the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
