Bioinformatics Specialist (Part-Time) for Multi-Omics Research in Model Plants
Your role will include:
A leading research lab is seeking a Bioinformatics Specialist to work with multi-omics data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and more) in an advanced research environment.
Responsibilities:

Analysis and integration of complex biological datasets

Development and maintenance of data processing pipelines and computational infrastructures

Close collaboration with researchers on data interpretation and experimental design
Skills and abilities:

Proven experience with bioinformatics tools and infrastructures

Strong proficiency in Python

Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a research team
