Your role will include:
We are seeking a Head of Recruitment for the Weizmann Institute of Science – a challenging and central role at one of the world's leading research institutions.
About the Role
This position involves leading the recruitment function forward in terms of strategy, innovation, and operations. You'll lead and develop a professional recruitment team responsible for hundreds of complex recruitment processes annually, while meeting hiring objectives.
This is a highly challenging and significant role that includes working with multiple internal stakeholders, building partnerships with hiring managers, and creating a professional and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, developing, and implementing the organization's recruitment strategy
- Managing and mentoring a professional recruitment team
- Managing all recruitment processes professionally, innovatively, and efficiently
Collaborating and building relationships with hiring managers, HR managers, and internal partners - Measuring, monitoring, analyzing, and generating reports to evaluate recruitment processes, make decisions, and implement them
- Ensuring optimal candidate experience and leading improvement initiatives
- Promoting innovative thinking and integrating digital tools and automation in recruitment processes, managing and implementing ATS systems
- Managing external vendors
Skills and abilities:
Essential:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes in a medium to large organization
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing a recruitment team in a large, complex organization
- Data analysis and decision-making capabilities
- Extensive experience developing recruitment sources, testing and implementing advanced sourcing tools, and managing campaigns
- Experience implementing recruitment systems and advanced supporting systems
Ability to work with numerous stakeholders and interfaces, excellent partnership and communication skills - Ability to anticipate needs, advise, and solve problems proactively
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
