Compensation & Benefits Coordinator
Your role will include:
A central professional role in the field of Compensation & Benefits, with broad responsibility for coordinating processes, analyzing data, supporting salary committees, and developing a professional foundation for decision-making, including:

Assisting in the professional coordination of Compensation & Benefits activities and supporting decision-making processes

Preparing and professionally supporting salary committees (grade, company car, employee and laboratory staff compensation), including data analysis and presentation of alternatives

Collecting, processing, and analyzing compensation and benefits data; working with market data (Tzviran), building comparison tables, and generating reports
-
Analyzing individual and exceptional cases and preparing a professional basis for recommendations

Partnering in the development and improvement of processes, methodologies, and controls within the Compensation & Benefits domain

Centralizing professional knowledge and documenting processes

Managing and supporting dedicated benefits processes (e.g., tuition support for family members, employee recognition programs)

Ongoing collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
Skills and abilities:

Academic degree – required
-
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll, and/or finance within a medium-to-large organization – required

Strong familiarity with compensation practices in large organizations and the broader labor market – significant advantage

In-depth knowledge of collective agreements and labor law – advantage

Full proficiency in a computerized work environment, with emphasis on Office applications, Oracle HR systems, and BI tools

High level of responsibility and discretion

Strong analytical skills, thoroughness, accuracy, and attention to detail

Technological orientation and proficiency in information systems

Ability to learn quickly and deepen professional knowledge
