Your role will include:

Responsibility for managing the Institute’s residential complexes and overseeing the maintenance of buildings and public areas, including leading operational and service processes in an active and dynamic residential environment. Main areas of responsibility include:

  • Onboarding and supporting new residents, including pre-arrival correspondence, registration, contract signing, and providing housing-related information and guidance
  • Responsibility for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring logistical services, including maintenance, apartment cleaning, and building operations, with ongoing coordination with vendors and service contractors
  • Working with various information systems, generating reports, and conducting ongoing monitoring
  • Providing ongoing support for residents’ needs and operating community services
  • Working with multiple internal and external interfaces

Skills and abilities:

  • Academic education – an advantage
  • Valid Class B driver’s license – mandatory
  • Experience in building management and maintenance of facilities and systems – an advantage
  • Experience in establishing or operating community services – an advantage
  • High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken (proficiency in additional languages – an advantage)
  • Full proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong technological orientation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High sense of responsibility, initiative, strong organizational skills, and ability to lead and coordinate professional staff
  • Accuracy, discretion, strong service orientation, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willingness to work beyond standard working hours when required
