Your role will include:
Planning, managing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects across the Institute, including:
- Managing the programming phase and defining project requirements and specifications
- Planning the project, including selecting and managing the design and consulting teams throughout all project phases
- Managing schedules, budgets, and quality control
- Responsibility for execution management, including supervision of contractors and suppliers
Skills and abilities:
- Academic degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering – mandatory
- Proven experience of at least 7 years in managing construction and infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Office applications and MS Project
- Familiarity with RamdorNet and Dekel project management/execution systems – an advantage
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Ability to manage and motivate work teams
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong service orientation
- Strong systemic perspective and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work beyond standard working hours, as required
