Your role will include:
Laboratory work in the Cell Sorting and Flow Cytometry Unit, including:
- Operation of Flow Cytometers (cell analysis and cell sorting)
- Performing and maintaining quality control procedures for laboratory instruments and supporting ongoing laboratory activities
- Supporting laboratory maintenance and coordinating with technical support teams
- Assisting and training users in operating laboratory equipment, running samples, and analyzing results
- Providing scientific consultation, including support in the planning, execution, and analysis of research projects
Skills and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related scientific field – required (Master's degree in a scientific field – advantage)
- Previous laboratory experience
- Experience with Flow Cytometry – advantage
- Experience operating advanced technological systems and strong technical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic knowledge of the Windows operating system
- High level of proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
