Exercising for Health

The goal of the class is to maintain and improve daily functioning and quality of life.

Regular and controlled exercise helps to slow the natural degeneration of muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and bones that occurs as we age.

Exercising for Health combines exercises to improve physical fitness in a balanced way, while maintaining proper posture, supporting the spine and providing tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The class is designed to improve physical coordination, strengthen bone density, and teach proper movement and posture.

The class uses balls, weights, and fitness bands along with enjoyable background music.

The class maintains a moderate pace to allow every participant to join in.

The class will be taught by Nurit Oz and runs 60 minutes.

Pilates

Pilates is a dynamic physical exercise that strengthens your muscles and improves flexibility, with an emphasis on improving your posture by integrating all of your body's muscular systems, mostly those related to posture.

Zumba
