For cash payments or refund, please contact the cashier on: 08-9342897, 08-9342236, 08-9342238 or come in person: Room 5 (ground floor), Stone Building, Sunday - Thursday 09:00-15:00. Please bring a valid personal credit card and this form signed by the administrator of the Fitness Center.
