Customs release, order cost intake , shipment closure process and import permit handling.
This service domain involves processing of import shipments associated with international orders, from shipment from supplier manufacturing facilities and up to receipt in scientific departments.
Service staff is responsible for intake of invoices issued on all costs associated with these shipments and is in charge of relations with various government offices, shipment insurance, submission of claims in cases of damage, and cross-Institute handling of all import license and permit receipt aspects.
At the final stage, shipment closure is performed on Tafnit, the order is closed, and remaining budgets are released to the scientific departments.
