When issuing scientific requests, the following is required of the request initiator:
- Manufacturer catalog number / supplier / discount / valid quotations in appendixes.
- Details on party placing the order (name, telephone number, location).
- Delivery date and urgency.
- Categories having been entered.
- Legal agreements having been established.
- Guarantees having been received for the purchase order.
