Guest Printing
The guest printing service enables Institute guests (who do not own an Institute card and/or are not assigned any status with Human Resources) to perform printing from any device at any location to campus printing centers.
Service Registration
To register to the service, submit a request via the Service Catalog.
On the registration form, the hosting Institute entity will be required to fill out the following:
- Full guest name.
- Guest’s mobile phone number.
- Guest’s e-mail address.
- Guest printing service start and expiration dates.
Instructions for Use
On completion of the registration process, instructions for use will be sent to guests via e-mail.
