The Mac Group provides support for the last three major MacOS releases (older Mac OS versions are not supported).

Future updates will be supported following new version testing and review.

Support is provided for properly licensed operating systems only.

Should the operating system have to be completely reinstalled due to user error, the Mac Group will do so as a low priority. In addition to the base operating system, we will install the standard supported software environment (see the starter kit page for further details).

Be sure to keep original copies of any software you have purchased on hand, and back up your computer on a regular basis (see backup options).
