The Institute's Telephony section offers a speech recognition and call routing service enabling you to locate contact information for any user listed on the Institute’s telephone directory (mobile phone and extension number) by vocally stating their name.
To use the service, dial internal extension 6464, or the number 08-9346464 from any external phone, state the full name of the individual you're trying to reach, and follow the system-provided instructions.
You may similarly locate departments. All you have to do is vocally state the name of the desired department.
Should your extension or mobile number be incorrect or missing from the Institute's telephone directory, please be sure to update this information via Internal Services.
