Audio-Video Specialist
Your role will include:
o Ongoing maintenance and support of Cisco-based telephony and multimedia environment
o Changes and configurations in IP phones
o Ongoing support for service center telephony systems
o Support for the institute's video infrastructure
o Work with external vendors and service control
Skills and abilities:
o CCNA Cisco Collaboration certification - required
o Proven knowledge and experience of at least three years in CUCM environment - required
o Proficiency in all services (UCCX, Unity, Xway, Presence, WebEx, Cisco GW)
o Experience working with communication equipment and familiarity with Cisco video systems
o Experience working in a secure network
o Proficiency in VOICE protocols (SIP), ports and work configuration
o Full proficiency in English and Hebrew languages
o Ability to work independently and in a team
o Self-learning ability and capability to deal with new technologies
o High-level interpersonal communication and service orientation
o Willingness to work beyond regular working hours when needed
