Your role will include:
- Monitoring and controlling construction, maintenance, and energy budgets at significant scales (tens to hundreds of millions of shekels)
- Reviewing and approving orders against budget
- Preparing budget requests and supplements
- Providing professional support to project managers in budget management
- Preparing periodic reports for decision-making and status updates
- Leading and supporting the development and improvement of operational support systems
Skills and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration / other relevant field – required
- Minimum three years of experience leading / monitoring and controlling budgets at significant scales
- Professional experience in construction and/or infrastructure – significant advantage
- Familiarity with Tafnit and Monday.com systems – advantage
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and verbal
- Full proficiency in Office applications and technological orientation, with emphasis on Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsibility, initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work in a multi-interface environment
- Accuracy, discretion, service orientation, and strong interpersonal communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willingness to work beyond standard hours when required
