Your role will include:

  • Monitoring and controlling construction, maintenance, and energy budgets at significant scales (tens to hundreds of millions of shekels)
  • Reviewing and approving orders against budget
  • Preparing budget requests and supplements
  • Providing professional support to project managers in budget management
  • Preparing periodic reports for decision-making and status updates
  • Leading and supporting the development and improvement of operational support systems

Skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration / other relevant field – required
  • Minimum three years of experience leading / monitoring and controlling budgets at significant scales
  • Professional experience in construction and/or infrastructure – significant advantage
  • Familiarity with Tafnit and Monday.com systems – advantage
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and verbal
  • Full proficiency in Office applications and technological orientation, with emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Responsibility, initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work in a multi-interface environment
  • Accuracy, discretion, service orientation, and strong interpersonal communication
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willingness to work beyond standard hours when required
