The Procurement division, in cooperation with Vice President Professor Ziv Reich and Chair of the Services Committee Professor Ron Deskin, has established guidelines for the acquisition of the capital (off-the-shelf) scientific equipment required for activities of the scientific community, research fellows, administrative Heads, procurement administration and more.
These guidelines encompass recommendations for leading capital scientific equipment to be used at the Weizmann Institute.
Optimal financial and warranty conditions have been achieved with key local suppliers.
This information repository has been devised to serve as a platform for future procurement under framework agreements with key Institute suppliers.
It is our hope that these guidelines will be referred to by the scientific community, research fellows, administrative Heads and procurement administration, to achieve high quality, efficient procurement with the Institute's key suppliers.
