The IT Division is leading implementation of artificial intelligence capabilities within our organization, to increase productivity, streamline business processes and produce enhanced value for the various units. We are working to make advanced tools accessible to Institute employees, alongside development of innovative solutions tailored to organizational needs.

Personal AI Assistants for Institute Employees

We offer access to the following leading AI tools, to support employees in their day-to-day work:

  • ChatGPT - assists in writing, information analysis, content generation and problem solving.
  • Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 - integration of AI in Office tools and in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
  • Google Gemini - an advanced AI tool for information handling, content generation and assistance with various professional tasks.

These tools enable employees to perform their tasks quickly and efficiently, gain insights from raw information, and improve product quality.

Integration of AI in Business Processes

Beyond general tool utilization, the IT Division is developing advanced solutions that integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) in organizational business processes. This integration enables smart automation, analysis of complex information and enhancement of existing work processes.

Smart AI-based Search Solutions

We are in the process of developing contextual, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) based search solutions that enable high speed and high precision organizational information retrieval. These solutions combine organizational information sources with artificial intelligence capabilities, enabling organizational knowledge to be made accessible in the smartest, most effective way.

AI Project Consultation and Support

The IT Division provides consultation and support services for Institute units on AI topics, including:

  • Adaptation of AI tools to business tasks.
  • Identification of AI implementation opportunities in existing processes.
  • Support in development of AI-based solutions.
  • Implementation of proper and effective use of artificial intelligence tools
