Dear Students and Postdocs,
Last night, Israel experienced an aerial attack launched by Iran, which was successfully repelled by the IDF and our allies.
This morning, the Homefront Command announced that except for educational activities, all other institutions and activities in Israel return to normal, including the Ben Gurion International Airport which resumed its regular activity.
At the same time, we remain alert and are closely monitoring the events. Our management team conducts ongoing meetings with the Homefront Command Office representative and adjusts the guidelines to Campus accordingly.
Following the national instructions, studies at FGS are suspended today and tomorrow. We hope that the alert levels decrease shortly, and that classes will be resumed as soon as the situation allows, either on Campus or via ZOOM. As always, your safety and security remain our top priority.
We are quite certain that many of you have questions and concerns, and we will do our best to address those in a ZOOM meeting which will be held tomorrow, April 15, at 3:00 PM Israel time.
