Your role will include:

Leading the payroll control and analytics domain within the Human Resources Division, with a focus on payroll and time & attendance, including:

  • Overall responsibility for payroll and attendance controls (both ongoing and ad hoc), including report generation, identification of irregularities, analysis, and escalation to relevant stakeholders
  • Performing cross-organizational controls on data from HR systems and supporting systems, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for data improvement
  • Analyzing data, generating business insights, conducting financial analyses, and assessing the impact of changes on payroll costs
  • Defining requirements and leading the development of reports, dashboards, and BI tools for management, control, and data analysis, alongside improving, digitizing, and optimizing processes in the time & attendance system
  • Initiating and implementing procedures, maintaining knowledge bases, and training managers and employees on payroll and attendance topics
  • Ongoing collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, Data Engineering, or Data Science – mandatory (Master’s degree – an advantage)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on payroll and time & attendance – mandatory
  • Experience working with payroll and attendance data, including in-depth familiarity with payslip structure and components
  • Proven experience in performing payroll and attendance controls, as well as high-level data analysis – mandatory
  • Experience working with payroll systems (with emphasis on Hilan) – mandatory
  • Experience working with HR systems (such as Oracle HR) and BI systems, including data analysis and investigation – an advantage
  • Experience working in large and complex organizations – an advantage (experience leading processes and projects – an advantage)
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • High level of responsibility, discretion, thoroughness, and attention to detail
  • Initiative, proactivity, and ability to lead processes
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
