As in every summer, we once again held the “Young Weizmann Scholars – Excellence & Diversity” program, welcoming outstanding undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds - Arabs and Jews, secular and Haredi, first-generation academics and students from Israel’s geographic periphery - who came to explore the world of research at the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Diamond Program - Train the Next Generation

The DIAMOND Program at the Weizmann School of Science (WSOS) is a bold initiative designed to ensure that talented students from underrepresented and underserved backgrounds have the resources and support they need to succeed in advanced scientific study. Rooted in the values of equity, excellence, and inclusion, DIAMOND addresses systemic barriers that too often limit access to graduate-level science.
