Paraffin embedding and H&E staining
The histology lab processes tissue for paraffin embedding and sectioning at 2-8ยต. Sections are either stained routinely with hematoxylene and eosin (special stains available upon request) or left unstained for immunohistochemistry and in-situ-hybridization. Plastic embedding (using historesin) is available.
