Applications BranchThe Applications branch is responsible for Weizmann Institute system specifications integrity, application development and implementation, as well as for training on Institute systems – carried out by project managers, developers, system managers, application experts and leaders of the BI (Business Intelligence), Internet and Mobile, Application Technology, HR and ERP, Application Development, and IT System Projects and Operation sections.
We aim to fulfill Weizmann personnel needs for (mainly administrative) computerized applications, and to streamline workflow and accelerate turn-around times by automating procedures and providing tools that enhance quality of work – with a fully paperless campus being our ultimate goal.
