Planning and Monitoring BranchThe Planning And Monitoring branch is charged with practical project management, and with implementation of a multitude of processes throughout Weizmann IT.
Our key areas of responsibility include strategic customer management, PMO (work plan and project management), ITIL (service quality improvement process implementation), PLC (product lifecycle management implementation), campus-wide process implementation, computing systems support and IT training, as well as tender and contract management.
