Outlook 2016 is the Institute's prerequisite application for e-mail access on Windows.

Note that the limit is 100 GB for Exchange mailbox.

You may also access your e-mail and calendar using Outlook ‎Web Access.

Installation Instructions

Outlook 2016 is installed on every new Weizmann computer. Follow these steps to set up an account on Outlook:

  1. Click Start -> Control Panel -> Mail -> Show Profiles -> Add.
  2. Enger a name for the user account (e.g. Exchange) and click OK.
  3. Select the Manually Configure Server option and click OK.
  4. Select Microsoft Exchange and click Next.
  5. Enter the URL mail.weizmann.ac.il in the Server field.
  6. Enter your Institute user ID in the User Name field.
  7. Click Check Name. On appearance of your display name, click Next. At this point, a system login dialog will appear.
  8. Enter the \WISMAIN prefix and your Institute user ID in the User field and your password in the Password field, then click OK.
