Gilabon River - An incredible trail which loops along the Gilabon River and Dvora Waterfall. The Gilabon is a popular river for water rafting and tubing, and has a beautiful natural pool.
Mount Bental - One of Israel’s favorite mountain peaks to visit offering great panoramic views of the Golan heights and Syria. Atop the mount is an old Israeli army outpost that was used during the Yom Kippur War.
Itinerary
07:30 Departure from the Campus
09:00 – 09:45 Breakfast break at Golani Junction.
10:30 – 13:00 Hike along the Gilabon River.
13:00 – 14:30 Drive to mount Bental where we will have a lunch break.
14:30 – 15:30 Explore Mount Bental
15:30 Head back to Rehovot
18:00 Anticipated return to Rehovot
