Brief
IRRESISTIBLE brought together partners from ten different EU countries in an effort to raise the awareness of young people to Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) issues. Universities and science centers (including the Weizmann Institute’s Clore Garden of Science) will cooperate on this project, employing their expertise in linking formal and informal learning. Keeping long term effects in mind, the project focused on teacher professional development: Each partner created a Community of Learners in which teachers were engaged with experts on formal and informal education, working on topics derived from cutting-edge research.
