We are aware that MSc students face difficulties and uncertainties during their studies, especially concerning how to manage the choices involved in defining their future careers.
To facilitate young women scientists in dealing with these difficulties, the Weizmann Institute is offering a NEW development opportunity for women second year students at MSc level. The workshop is given by the international hfp consulting company (http://www.hfp-consulting.de)
Hfp has a team of professional trainers working with scientists across the world.
The workshop focuses on identifying your priorities and developing practical tools to manage them effectively; Developing credibility and gaining respect through demonstrating confident attitudes and dialogue; Building a career strategy underpinned by clear thinking about future possibilities and adapting values to your life stages.
The workshop will be highly interactive, with debates in small groups and frequent opportunity for lively discussion with trainers and participants. The tools you’ll receive will help you to work with and resolve your own current challenges and issues.
The workshop will be led by two professional trainers and is limited to 16 participants that are women MSc second year students at the Weizmann Institute of Science.

The deadline for application is February 21, 2019. Acceptance to the workshop will be based on scientific merit.
The cost of the workshop is 150 NIS, all-inclusive.
