The Weizmann Institute offers a development opportunity for women at the beginning of their PhD (first and second year)
The workshop will address the demands of carrying out tolls for an effective PhD and offer training in leadership skills

About the workshop

Topics

• The workshop focuses on identifying your priorities and developing practical tools to manage them effectively
• Developing credibility and gaining respect through demonstrating confident attitudes and dialogue
• Building a career strategy underpinned by clear thinking about future possibilities and adapting values to your life stages

Information

The workshop is 2.5 days and will take place as follows:

• May 5, 09:00-12:30 at the Weizman Institute of Science
• May 6 & May 7, 08:30-16:00 at the "Lead up" venue in "Ayanot" (with no overnight)
• The workshop is free of charge.
• Independent arrival and departure to/from "Lead up" venue in "Ayanot"
• Participation must be in all the workshop days (2.5 days)
• The workshop will be led by two professional trainers from HFP consulting and is limited to 16 participants.
