Xradia Micro-XCT 400 (Zeiss)

Instrument Specification

The Xradia Micro-CT instrument is designed to provide high resolution X-ray tomographic images up to 1 µm resolution. Complete 3D images without missing wedge of samples up to 5 cm in size can be obtained by taking a complete set of projection images while the sample rotates 180 or 360 degrees. The final resolution of the images depends on the exposure time, rotation step and inherent contrast in the sample.
