1. Introduction (10–15 min)
- Overview of how resin 3D printing differs from FDM (filament-based) printing
- Main components of the Saturn 4 Ultra: build plate, resin vat, LCD screen, release film system
- General workflow: from slicing to finished print
2. Safety and Lab Protocols (15–20 min)
- Handling of photopolymer resin: gloves, goggles, and skin contact precautions
- Importance of ventilation and use of the built-in carbon filter
- Proper waste disposal of resin and cleaning materials (as per Weizmann’s lab safety guidelines)
- Emergency procedures in case of spills or exposure
3. Printer Setup and Operation (25–30 min)
- Powering on and accessing the touchscreen interface
- Loading the build plate and resin vat correctly
- Filling resin safely and checking the resin level
- Automatic bed leveling process
