Expulsion of inner content from membranes using optical tweezers

Spontaneous Expulsion. Both inner and outer vesicles were made tense by use of the optical tweezers. The radius of the inner vesicle is about 3mm.

Expulsion by continuous application of the optical tweezers. The outer vesicle is a double one, and the pore that opens is a neck. The radius of the inner vesicle is about 3mm.

Expulsion by "peeling" of the two vesicle comprising the outer package of movie #2. The laser is being applied continuously throughout the process.
