| תקציר | Show full text abstract about Caspr and Caspr2 regulate the formation of distinct axonal d...» Caspr and Caspr2 regulate the formation of distinct axonal domains around the nodes of Ranvier. Both have a 4.1 binding motif that can bind the cytoskeletal adaptor protein 4.1B. We studied the role of the interactions of Caspr proteins with protein 4.1B in the molecular organization of myelinated fibers.
