Or Hadas is currently pursuing a PhD in the lab of Professor Yohai Kaspi at the Weizmann Institute. He completed his BSc at Tel Aviv University and an MSc at the Weizmann Institute under the supervision of Professor Yohai Kaspi.

Or's research primarily focuses on the intricate dynamics of midlatitude storms and their profound impact on various aspects of the climate system. Through his investigations, Or strives to unravel the fundamental principles governing these storms and shed light on their interactions with other climate elements.

Beyond his academic pursuits, Or has a deep passion for sustainability and energy-related matters. He actively engages in volunteer work in the realm of science communication, collaborating with organizations such as ClimateScience and Shakuf. Through his efforts, Or aims to contribute to the promotion of sustainable practices and effective communication in these crucial fields.
