Fostering the next generation of sustainability leaders.
The IES Fellows program supports outstanding graduate students at the Weizmann Institute interested in engaging with today’s complex sustainability challenges. IES Fellows are drawn from across WIS faculties and include PhD students conducting research related to sustainability and other disciplines.
IES Fellows form a cohort of students on campus who create a community of mutual support, cooperation, and learning to enable the cross-pollination of ideas around sustainability. Fellows meet throughout the year to explore diverse topics and they also serve as sustainability champions, developing a range of activities on campus and for the local community.
A call for application for IES Fellows will be published in late December 2025. Applications may be submitted starting Jan. 1, 2026. The deadline for submission is March 1, 2026.
Applications for the IES Fellows program are submitted via the WSoS call system.
An email will be sent to all PhD students at the end of December.
