Irradiation Resources

The X-RAD 320 is a self-contained X-ray system for delivering a precise radiation dosage to specimens in a biological, with a tube of maximum output voltage of 320.

Using an X-ray tube with highly homogenous beam designed for clinical radiation therapy and powered by high frequency, ultra-stable x-ray generators, the X-RAD 320 is capable of precise, repeatable irradiations.

The system is operated by a TouchRAD system that enables limiting students or researchers to certain authorized pre-programmed protocols.

The shielded cabinet includes an Adjustable Specimen Shelf and dose measurement and control. The dose measurement and control allows users to specify the actual dose to be delivered at a known distance and terminate exposure when the dose has been reached.
